By submitting an estimate request, signing a service agreement, or using the website at privatestockllc.geniesolution.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.
These Terms apply to all customers of Private Stock LLC Hauling ("Private Stock LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), a hauling and junk removal company based in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Private Stock LLC provides hauling, junk removal, demolition debris removal, property cleanouts, and related services in the Tampa Bay area. The specific scope of work for each job is defined in the written estimate provided to you before service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe access, hazardous materials, or misrepresentation of the job scope.
Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual job scope differs materially from what was described. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Accepted payment methods are specified on your invoice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are agreed in writing.

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to leave them and adjust the invoice accordingly.
Our crews take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We carry general liability insurance and will work with you to resolve legitimate claims in good faith.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not included in the agreed scope, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Private Stock LLC related to your service — including scheduling confirmations, crew updates, and invoices. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private Stock LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
